Edenorte Overcharge

I am seaching for the someone with-in this company that could address the problem of the overcharge of $RD25,000.00 on my bill...
The Sosua Edenorte supervisor refuses all logic, Santiago Edenorte is sypathetic but can do nothing because its the Sosua office, Puerto Plata Edenorte calls Sosua and refers me back to Sosua AND THEY SAY PAY IN 6 INSTALLMENTS!! i DO NOT OWE THIS MONEY!
Does anyone have a contact?

The only contact I have IS in Puerto Plata - sorry.

Have you recently opened the account with EdeNorte or have you been there for sometime? It could be that this is a back charge against a previous person in that house/apartment!!
