Good Morning, Does anyone know the approximate cost for someone to set up, legalize etc a condo association for 60 units? I mean from scratch. Thanks

Your best bet is, (GULP), to find a lawyer.
These things are almost surely already printed up with just a fill-in-the-blanks bit of work to do.
Of course, if there are particular issues, then you have them included where needed.
