I know there are plain clothes Cestur in Cabarete. You see them getting out of the truck or off the moto with the uniformed guys. You also see them making arrests sometimes, so it seems they are doing some good.

sheet pros come and go like the bus in sosera....they come for ten days make some and go away....the picks are pros and usually dont leave....they be there all the time...

If even I as a (albeit frequent) tourist know that Felix is Politur/Cestur I somehow doubt the pick-pocket hookers who live there do not recognise him!
