It's been about a month now. Both the missus and me on Orange have been getting very bad call quality at home. Generally, we can hear the other party quite clearly, but they tell us they can hardly make out what we are saying and it's very garbled. Signal strength shows around 3 to 4 bars on our phones.
We heard a story about the repeater tower in Cabarete was taken down due to some land ownership issues and someone was stealing the diesel from the back-up generator, but it's only hearsay.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
