Where to buy normal Cottage Cheese-not reduced fat.

Trying for a long time to find regular cottage cheese on north coast. I can only find: No fat, 1% fat or 4% fat. Need full fat regular cottage cheese. If necessary is any available in Santiago? Thank you.

Nacional should have Breakstone's. They sell it in the one in Punta Cana.

That was my thinking...... yes, full is 4%

But SKY is right......Nacional - or Bravo - will have it

Buy the 4%.......... lasagne coming up

breakstone's is 4% fat, i believe, red boxes. i have not not seen that many more options, maybe playero in sosua has full fat or bravo in santiago. hopefully someone will chime in. i make my own white cheese, the only sure way to get exactly what i want.

what do you need it for? baking? sometimes fat content can be achieved by adding cream. maybe it's worth do check such options.

I know less than nothing about fat content in cream cheese, but I can say that the Breakstone's I buy in Nacional is as good as any I have ever ate.

Thank you all. I was under the incorrect assumption that when it was labeled 4% it was low fat but I do now realize that full fat cottage cheese is 4%. Confirmed on internet. Thank you again.

How much fat do you want? 3.5 is full fat for milk I believe.
