Help HB:

I need the following translated. Can you help?:

'In isto sale sit sapientia et ab omni corruptiones sicut mentes nostras et corpora nostra per HOEMAEL et into virtute RONACH HOEMAEL recedant ab isto fantasmata hylae ut sit sal coelestis subterra et terral salis ut mutrierur bos triturans et addat spei nostrae cornua tauti volantis Amen'

May Ra be with you.

As rusty as my Latin is..First off that is not Church stuff.

Second it seems to be some sort of Devil's prayer., that bit about the underground heaven...

I think I'll pass...

HB

PS. It also seems to be quite corrupted Latin....not even medieval stuff...

From the top:
It is supposed to be "E pluribus unam" not 'umun

As i said before this is bastardized, pseudo Latin, mixed with some nonsense.

Lots of wrong cases, and words that don't exist.

"More or less like this:

In this salt there is knowledge and all corruption is taken from our minds and bodies by Hoemael, and by virtue of Ronach Hoemael the ghost of the material things is driven back and this salt from the kingdom under ground will feed the ox that breaks ground and add hope to our community. Amen/

there are so many errors in this piece, that i had to try and make something that at least sounds logical as in a prayer.

These few lines would earn an F- in any Latin class.

Happy?

HB, I knew I could count on you. After all, you're the Father of this
message board.

I even corrected my screen saver. Now it reads 'E Pluribus Unam'.

Gracias,
