US Bodybuilder moving to DR to attend medical school

Hey guys, so I plan on heading to DR to attend medical school. So far I've been accepted into Intec, unibe, pucmm and unphu. I really want to stay in the shape I am currently in because I'm a nationally ranked bodybuilder. Will I be able to obtain at least testosterone from a pharmacy without a prescription? Any info is helpful. Thank you

Testosterone as in steroids? If so then perhaps you should appy to study over in
Thailand where they are legally sold over the counter in pharmacies.
