new construction in POP has been announced. a small park in front of the port will be turned into a parking zone for tourists and will also house new cestur HQ.

the park was not really utilized much and the city definitely needs parking space for tour buses that continue to mess up with the traffic. i wonder if they plan to put traffic lights or pedestrian bridge because cruising avenida caamano in order to get to the city centre can be a challenge.
