Good afternoon,

I conduct business from here and mostly via email.
I have Claro Internet service for many years and never encountered any issue. Literally sending thousands of emails per month and sometimes per week.
There is a business partner that I have great troubles sending an email to....it gets kicked back at once. we tried from 5 different email services, from gmail to yahoo.....nothing works. We can receive his emails however and without problems.
The email of the client ends in @realplan.eu. Does anyone understand what the problem might be?

Thank you.

Claro has been going through numerous internet difficulties lately, some being DNS resolution problems.

We've been experiencing ongoing issues regarding DNS through Claro, even when using a proxy.

However, if using an email client (like Outlook or Thunderbird) check your SMTP settings. Oddly enough, once in a while a change happens in T'Bird that I didn't initiate.

Also: all Microsoft mail services are now migrating from POP3 to IMAP accounts. I had a hotmail account that went inop until I made a change.

Good luck.

Firewall, full inbox, you've been tagged spam, he owes you $?.

If he's serious ask him for an alternative - unlikely to have only one.

I can see that their (realplan's) dns info is displaying differently depending on if I am querying it from Claro or different provider:

; <<>> DiG 9.8.3-P1 <<>> realplan.eu mx
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 27065
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 2, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 2

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;realplan.eu. IN MX

;; ANSWER SECTION:
realplan.eu. 0 IN MX 10 mx1.ipnz74i5v1rm8q65.dom.
realplan.eu. 0 IN MX 0 ipnz74i5v1rm8q65.dom.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ipnz74i5v1rm8q65.dom. 0 IN A 127.10.20.30
mx1.ipnz74i5v1rm8q65.dom. 0 IN A 127.10.20.51

;; Query time: 1104 msec

Those 127.XXX addresses above are no good. This is how this info should probably look like (queried from a USA-based host):

dig realplan.eu mx

; <<>> DiG 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.30.rc1.35.amzn1 <<>> realplan.eu mx
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:

;; QUESTION SECTION:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
realplan.eu. 3600 IN MX 10 smtp-02.tld.t-online.de.
realplan.eu. 3600 IN MX 10 smtp-01.tld.t-online.de.

;; Query time: 448 msec

You can try to switch dns servers (google 'public dns servers'), see if this resolves the problem.

Try looking in the SPAM blocking sites databases.
You should be in there as you send out enough emails to be called a SPAMMER.

I am not saying you are a SPAMMER that is not MY call.

I sent out a newsletter once a month and getting around the SPAM restrictions made it very frustrating.
So I stopped.
