Ok. It would be helpful for the board if you could give additional details. Detached house, or is a condo ok? Budget? For how long?
Beachfront or in the hills ok? Is the person trying to be able to walk everywhere, or will they have a car?
On this board, more detailed information almost always yields better answers.
