I also checked and it says Dominican Republic no medals yet.

What is the name of the female athlete in the picture? She is not listed on the Dominican Republic 2016 athletes in Rio de Janeiro.

The FIRST thing you should always do is right click "search Google for Image" . 99% of the time that will tell u if its real or not... and something like OLYMPICS Gold Medal,
i highly doubt it would not be there almost in REAL time..
