I have never found a bus ride from Luperon to SDQ airport. We either drive to STI and park at the Metro station and then take the Metro to Santo Domingo. Spend the night and taxi to the airport. "The last I knew" there are no busses from Santo Domingo to the airport. The other option we have done is take the Gua Gua bus from Luperon (leaves at 1:30 each day) to Santo Domingo. Its a LONG ride with many stops. You get to Santo Domingo around 6 to 7pm. Still spend the night. We try to make a mini vacation out of it! Good luck!!
