Help! Phone not working. Apple store in Santiago?

Help!

My iPhone 6 plus isn't working.
It turn on no problem but it won't respond to touch.
I couldn't answer calls or open any apps or couldn't read or responds to any emails or messages.
I am currently visiting Santiago and in for another week.
I am baby sitting couple of businessmen so I don't have time to go back to SD and comeback.

Try holding down both the home button and the power button simultaneously for around 10 secs. This will do a hard reset on your phone. (Don't worry, you won't loose anything)

I hope you have Apple Care or brought backup.
You might be suffering from touch disease.

Anybody had battery changed there?
I think my backup 5s needs a change and I will probably change it there if they don't over charge me.
Everytime I go, I always think I should had asked but its always after we drive off.

iFix in the mall near Caribe Tours was recommended to me by Apple when I was having problems with my Mac Book Air. The service was very good.
