Surprised this one?s still open. As a gringo, having a street named after me
anywhere in this country just has BAD IDEA written all of over it. Seriously?
Who in their right mind would want to draw that much attention to themselves
as a foreigner living in a third world country?

Just end the power cuts, reduce the road accident rate and ban styrofoam and I'll throw in an equestrian statue and a central square.

If I did have my own street, with control, there would be no motors allowed, come to think of it no Dominican drivers at all, wait, no men allowed, no fat chicks and no chicks with Tuvies.
Ok, I can dream......

Really, John F Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln, and various other foreign names on streets. Here in Jarabacoa - Tony Hidaka....etc.
