My husband is a Dominican citizen, whom I sponsored to come to Canada. A visa was issued for his son at the same time, so all that paperwork is don. Where can I get necessary papers made up so he can travel to Canada with my husband? What is required, cost, etc? Also, will it need to be translated from Spanish to English in order to get on the plane (Air TransAT)?
