With tongue in cheek I ask, is the highway widening preparing the exit ramp for the Sosua Hospital?

Sadly, I doubt the "La Union Hospital" will ever be built.
The initial fairytale regarding the hospital was to attract votes for an upcoming election. It didn't happen then...........
Pure wickedness.

I saw work being done on the side of the road today as well. *Is it really highway widening? *If so, for what distance?*

The little metal sandwich boards with Illana photo /municipal signs show it is an official Sosua project but for what ? widening the shoulders or adding a lane?
