I have heard from two different people that if you buy a Claro SIM card in the Puerto Rico, that you have very cheap phone and data rates for both PR, USA, DR and possibly Mexico too. Apparently you get the best of both worlds (USA and DR) and no need for two SIM cards.


Does anybody have this, or know its authenticity?

You have to pay mothly fee for that, is a plan that they have.
