La Polic?a y representantes del Ministerio P?blico rescataron ayer en la tarde a doce personas de nacionalidad hind? que eran retenidas contra su voluntad en un llamado hotel del Distrito Nacional, por un abogado y otros dos hombres que reclamaban el pago de 10 mil d?lares.

Los extranjeros fueron rescatados a las 2:30 de la tarde en el llamado hotel ubicado en la calle Am?rico Lugo, del ensanche La Fe, donde eran presuntamente retenidos por el abogado Jes?s Manuel Capell?n Rivera, de 32 a?os, por Santo Correa Araujo, de 31 y Kelvin Ezequiel Calca?o Fr?as, de 27, quienes resultaron detenidos.

Los hind?es fueron identificados como Varinder Singie, Sandee Pssingm, Amrypal Sing, Gangadeep Arora, Satwinder Sing, Majinder Sing, Arsmdeep Singh, Inderjit Singh Tind, Surjant Singh, Love Preet Singh Gur Jain Sing, Civerjaint Sing y Manjit Singh.*

Los agentes actuantes en el caso ocuparon a Calca?o Fr?as una pistola Browning calibre 380, serie BDA-3.80-80425PT6872, propiedad del abogado detenido, con un cargador y cuatro c?psulas.

En el parqueo del lugar los agentes ocuparon tambi?n una jeepeta Dodge, Pac?fica, placa No. G261234, que conduc?a el jurista apresado, dentro de la cual fue hallada la pistola Glock, calibre nueve mil?metros, serie FGS489, con un cargador y siete c?psulas, de la cual se investiga su procedencia.

En el lugar fue ocupada adem?s, una motocicleta CG-150, negra, placa No. K0016322 cuya procedencia tambi?n se investiga.
