We had some serious rain coming back from Las Galleras to Jarabacoa last Friday on tour. Took 10 hours.

The weather historians call the last three weeks a "40 year flood".

Never, in nine years of doing MotoCaribe Motorcycle Tours have we had embedded rain like this, not to mention the flooding.

Here is a video of a flooded road outside Las Terrenas going to the new toll road, we had to cross, or turn around, go back through El Limon & Samana City, at a cost of two extra hours two hours.

The video works fine here in Norway.

This is one of those times when having an Adventure bike pays dividends.
