He looks like the poster boy for a new speed bump. If I see him running down the road with your flat screen I will try not to run over the TV.

19 years old, eh? does not look like he has a bright future ahead. eventually the police will get tired of him and shot him in the usual "cambio de disparos".

Ah, look at him. He's like a stray puppy that didn't know not to crap behind the couch. I can see how he was let go 3 times.

I'm sure he'll learn that crime pays and start to aim a little higher.

Gotta love the article ending"released as usual". Even Dominicans are getting tired of catch and release.

He's one of the sosua street kids I've seen grow up. These kids are nothing but trouble. Up all night harassing tourist, begging, stealing, gambling and sniffing gas. Yet, the mayor and police do nothing about it and then they grow up harden criminals. This kids was actually one of the quiet ones.

This kid a poster child for what happens when a (local) government does nothing to educate
or support this county's most vulnerable. I think I recognize this kid. He used to clean a salon
in Charamicos where I used to have my pedicures done next to Farmacia Atlantico. Damn shame.
