Anywhere in the Sosua/Puerto Plata area where I can get my tire pressure sensor replaced.
I shipped one in from the US and it was doa!

Good luck.

One of mine failed---the band broke and it tumbled inside the tire---and I had to ship a full set in from the states.

The difficulty is getting the sensors calibrated with the vehicle.

My mechanic sent our SUV to Santiago where a guy has the equipment to do it.

If you decide to buy a normal tyre pressure tool, I bought a good quality one at the car spares place (name escapes me) opposite David's Tyre Shop on the main road at Sosua.
