Painted the roof within the last 6 months and it needs to be done again but I need to know the best product to use on a flat roof. Thanks

Me too, costed like 16,000 peso's for the whole roof in sealer but it does a good job.

yes, both ferreteria freddy and edgar martinez have it. both are on manolo tavarez justo. it costs about 7,000 pesos per bucket, i think? first time ever using it on the roof you will need more product. then when you do maintenance repainting (we do it every two years) you will need less. ferreteria workers will advise you how many buckets you will need per square meter/foot.
