One of the aspects about public transport is their absolute disregard for passengers comfort and safety.
A new transport law is up to be has been to be implemented that regulates how many passengers they can carry, and fines and/or driving privileges suspended depending on severity in case of an accident.
These types of restrictions did not exist before, so AMET couldn't do much about the little sardine cans running around the city.
I do have my doubts, but at least it's a step in the right direction.
