cost for a Dominican to obtain / purchase a passport
Total cost is $230 US. You can go on-line and find this out the documents needed for the application process.
That price is aboard, because here in Dominican Republic cost arround 45.00 dollars if you want to get it same day.

$230 seemed high to me.... not many Doms would have passports at that price.
A few thousand pesos is what I recall, for a renewal....

If you live in another country the price for Dominican passport is not the same price than here, aboard is more expensive.
VIP you get it same day cost almost 2,000.00 pesos, more or less 45.00 dollars.
