In El Neptuno try to get an apartment on the East side--that's the right-hand side facing the water. These are set back and therefore shielded by the other-side apartments from afternoon sun; they're much cooler. It can be an issue if you like to enjoy the balcony in the afternoon.

I had a Ken sighting last week, unless it was someone in a Ken outfit.

Heard from someone that lives at El Neptune, he's back in the states for a operation, don't know any details.
