Parts for Dell Latitude D620 Laptops

Hi folks. I have several of these that were donated to poor villages on the North Coast. These are very old and they need parts. Mostly the internal hard drive. Any idea where I can get these replacement parts cheap. These are used by the kids taking classes to learn English and computers. thanks
