I will be coming in soon to enjoy the beach, and the medicine here is about $50 a pill. Is there a place on the North Coast to buy it cheaper, and do I need to bring a prescription? I would like to stock up a bit to bring some back. Thank you.

Cialis is a little cheaper(20 mg); 5 mg is about 2000 for a blister pack of 10, I think.
Do not purchase those really cheap products, since they are most probably made in one of those "Moca factories" (Moca is famous for falsifying medicines)...There is one called TADAL that is less expensive than Cialis and comes from a good and reputable lab.
If you want a compound pharmacy, there is the Farmacia Normal on Calle del Sol in Santiago. I do not know of any others in the area.

$50 a pill is a little more than a dollar. The price is 50 PESOS a pill. Some brands have specials where you get two for the price of one.
Real Cialis runs around 11-12 dollars I think.
What is phentolamine mesylate with alprostadil? And what, pray tell, is a compound pharmacy?.
La Pela is manufactured by Ethical Labs, one of them most prestigious manufacturing facilities in the country. I believe they are also a ISO9001 facility.
They also produce tons of other medications you'll find in any pharmacy. I think it runs in the neighborhood of 65 different products.
It is more important to first know what is in La Pela than where it is manufactured. If the main ingredient is not tadalafil or sildenafil then we may as well call it voodoo herbal junk akin to spanish fly.
If that's the case with la pela and the price is cheaper than name brand, those who feel inclined, have at it.

.....A compound pharmacy is where they make that med to your order.....the drug is liquid, you know you inject... you will need the help of a nurse or Doctor to start...... well worth the effort.....Doc............

No problem with stocking up. I have a friend that whenever he goes back to Toronto spends about $100 US on such things. But how does one sell it? Sit on a park bench and say "Hey old man,you lacking in the hardness department> I got spmething to help"? Or how?
I do some sales of somethings when I go back and forth,but wouldn't know how to market that.
