Registering a propert in SRL with DGII

We are trying to register our property with DGII - the land is already registered by the Casa is not. The DGII web site says this has to be done on a Form FI-VABI-631 form with tittle, Cedula, Floor plan and exact address - street , sector, number.
Can any body tell me where to get this form ?

Also we are looking for Form FI-admi-396 to reuest a change of valuation of our property . Anyone know where to get one.

Matilda, thanks for that ! I have downloaded the second form but cannot understand the "Selections" We are looking to have our Casa changed from " villa touristica " To "un nivel aislada" for tax valuation purposes. Any idea which one ?

It makes a big difference - "Villa touristica" is valued at RD$25,000 per sm for Tax and "un nivel aislada" or single floor detached house at RD$11,496 per sm based on rates for 2017 on DGII web site. It puts many people over the exemption limit but they probably don't realise it!

I guess you have been through this as so far you are the only one to respond. We went to the DGII place in POP and asked for the other form but just got blank stares ! Will have to try again.

Well - we went to POP for the Form FI-VABI-631 but it was not readily available - anybody got any ideas how to get this form to register the improvement - ie building - in a company ?
