Shouldn't the order be reversed? If you cannot browse well, you are even less likely to watch Netflix, not vice versa ...

I'm with TDS TELCOM, my DSL speed is 11m on a good day. I live rural. The problem is the feds give matching $$$$ (as in MILLIONS) to the phone companies. Instead of using this money for rural areas they put it where they will generate the best return for them!
