Hi,

I have a home that is already being rented . I need a reputable real estate to collect the rent only. I do not need huge management fees / management extras. these are settled renters.

The renters pay someone else at this time. I simply want the new real estate agent to start receiving the rental monthly payments and transfer the money to me at a later date. What sort of percentage or fees should i expect to pay per month, or annually????

I need this this real estate to be located actually on the main street of Cabarete

Why don't you have the deposit directly to a local account? That's how I pay my rent. Obviously might not be the best solution with all renters but if they've been paying well so far, could be an option.

The owner of my place used to have an administrator who would receive 50USD a month for doing basically nothing. When she realized he'd been lying to her about when I was paying and the maintenance the house needed, she decided to work directly with me.
