I've just finished off getting a bank account here in s.d.

I have credit to pay off in the USA.

I have on-line access to both my credit (owed) accounts and also my bank account in the states. I normally pay directly (on-line) from one to the other.

My question is what is the easiest and cheapest way for me to move some of my earnings (from here) to either my bank account, or to my credit card company directly?

I'm with banco popular and understand that scotia bank has cheaper EFT rates.

someone has to have had this hurdle before.

thanks so much for any information.

Banco Popular may be willing to "negotiate" a lower rate depending on the amout of maney you are transferring.
Otherwise we just opened a small account at BNS(Scotiabank) and used it to transfer funds. (it was a pain in the butt 'cause we don't live in SD.)
