Ikea "malm" dresser warning for DR residents

We have one and it’s definitely a dangerous piece of furniture. I’ll fix it to the wall just to be sure.

The Malm dresser like all IKEA wall units comes with an appropriate graphic warning, instructions to fix it to the wall and the necessary fixtures to do that. Any and every dresser, chest of drawers, bookcase will eventually topple if the drawers are pulled out and used as steps or shelves used as a climbing frame. This really is a no-brainer............

I was about to post the same thing...............

When children are involved one always needs to take the extra measure of precaution. Most don't but that is just human nature until it is too late.
