Does anyone know of any environmental companies in the DR?
From the sounds of it potable water is a hot topic but from what I read the government has "attempted" to look after that. Waste, recycling, contaminated sites - all these are big issues (even in Canada) is anyone dealing with them?
My background is Environmental technology (just to let you know, I am a realist not a tree hugger...if so many people hadn't screwed up in the past I wouldn't have a job) and I would love to have the experience of working in my field someplace else. I was thinking of the Northwest Territories but I think the climate in the Dominican would be nicer.
