Does anyone have links to solid language courses for a Spanish speaker wanting to learn English? This would be for an exceptionally bright 14 y.o. girl.

Free would be good, but not a requirement.

Or does anyone have a PC-based English language course they'd want to sell?

Lots of free stuff out there. And, there are tons of English media to practice on. I've yet to find a good "learning english" book for spanish speakers.

I get people started, but they seem to lack staying power. A language is something that you learn a little at a time over a period of months and years. (I still look for my daily 10 words in spanish).

btw, I've been at Duolingo for years. German, spanish, french...
