Default Books, books, books: Oh my, do I have books!

I am wondering if there is some place where I can gift a ton (almost) of books, both paperback and hard cover, on everything from sci-fi to weepy romances.

Our move has shown me to be a hoarder of books, and except for one or two collections (S.M. Sterling and Louis L'Amore) and my history and geography books, I really no longer have the wall space to take care of them.

Some are in rough condition but readable, others are in near-mint condition.

All I want is a place to put them so others can have them. Does such a place exist on the North Shore??? There used to be a place in POP, but I do not know if it is still there.

    HELP!

    Cordially,

A friend used to donate books in English to the Higuey prison at a time when there were several foreign prisoners. This might also apply to Santiago.

Contact the DREAM Project in Cabarete. They may be able to take some or suggest who.

There's a book trading store in Sosua that may want to take your books, just an idea:  https://www.facebook.com/booknooksosua/
