C'mon Rob, don't be timid. Tell us more. ;)

I happen to think that unless he disagrees with me Criss' post are very stree-smart, funny, and down to earth. His spelling gives me nightmares yet I forgive him for all the times I almost felt back on the floor laughing at his posts.

[homer simpson] I am not laughing at you Criss, I am laughing WITH you. [/homer simpson] :D

Pib: You kind of summed Criss up....

Anna Coniglio: Canada, no time soon. But I'll be more than happy to met you when you come to Santo Domingo.

allow me to extend the invite...

Rob, if you ever find yourself in the lovely (at the moment frozen, but we'll thaw in a couple of months and have suntanning weather) national capital of Canada, Ottawa, you are welcome to stay at my place... me and my husband will cook you a nice Pakistani meal (or, or would you prefer some Canadian fare? Poutine and a beaver tail, with a molson ex on the side to wash it all down) :)

the tricky part is holding the beaver down while you cut his tail off, those suckers have sharp teeth!....just kidding, it's a sugar coated fried pastry!

Where have I been?

Where have I been, while "Hillbilly" quietly slipped into the "Lead" with 440 posts on DR1?Maybe I should spend more time Posting, and less time having lunch with "Englishmen" in Santo Domingo! Ok,I let Rob "admit" to meeting me,before I said anything on DR1.I thought he might not want anyone to know!Robert is "Exactly" like his DR1 "persona"!!! I ordered a "Coors beer","No!" he said,"This is a DR1 lunch, you have to drink a "Dominican"beer!"..."Wow!",I thought ,this guy is tough!"I started to make some "small talk". I reminisced about some of my "sexual exploits" during my "Life" in the Orient."No one is interested in your sex life in Thailand, and how does that have anything to do with the Dominican Republic? If you can,t get back on a Dominican theme I,m going to "close" this Restaurant!",he said!"Double Wow!",I thought. How can I get on "Robs","Good Side",assuming he has one!Our chicken arrived and we began to eat in silence! The chicken was fried very "crispy".Just the way I like it! I noticed that Robert was not eating the "Extra Crispy Pieces of Skin". "Hey Rob,don,t you like to eat "Cueritos",I asked.(I had forgotten that "Cueritos"can also mean prostitutes in Dominican Spanish) I guess Rob took my question to be of the "Prostitute/Cueritos" variety."Thats it!",he said. This lunch is now closed, some people just don,t know when to STOP!"Robert removed the biggest padlock I have ever seen from his pocket. He got up,calmly walked to the door of the Hotel Naco Restaurant, stepped outside, and padlocked the door!"There!" I heard him say through the glass, and he calmly walked across the patio and into the "Noon-Day-Sun"!!!! I calmly reached over, picked up "Roberto,s" plate of "Cueritos" and "crunched" them down!"Wow!" again said I! Ain,t that just like an "Englishman",stuck me with the check!Must be part "Scotsman"! "Waiter, bring me a "Coors",and another plate of that "Chicken!"Criss Colon

Will the "Real Robert" please stand up?

I will now tell the whole truth about Robert! He is "Worldly","Witty",and just a little bit "Wicked"! All the single ladies on DR1 can set their sights on"Rob", and even the married ladies in search of a "Newer Model"! We had a nice visit and hope to meet more "DR1ers" in the future! How about we all meet at "TW,s" condo for "fresh squeezed "OJ","longa",and some "Maicena".We can dance "Bachata" till dawn!Criss Colon

Yep, I do. I may not know the meaning of some big words in the language of the Queen, but I have a grasp of the basics. ;)
