How refreshing to change gears onto another issue.
I was reading lately that Aeromar will offer US service to the DR
however I believe that American Airlines contends that there are safety issues with the Airline Aeromar, look who's talking
anybody with opinions?

Aeromar vs. American

I can,t say which is "Safer",but when you fly ,Isaac, ask for a seat near the "Vertical Stabilizer"!That way, If anything 'happens", you,ll be the first to know!! "Bon Voyage"!Criss colon

Aeromar

Here is my rating on Aeromar:

Answer yes or not to any of these questions:

1)Would you fly an airline whose headquarters on Churchill Avenue measure at best 2500sq. feet of office space?

2)Would you fly used jets?

3)Would you fly an airline with more flying hours than minutes in existence?

4)Would you fly on an airline you never heard of before you started reading DR1?

5)Do you hate American Airlines?

If the answer to all of the above is yes, you are ready for Aeromar and "Dales alas a tus sue?os".

I've been on both

Once I was on Aeromar and upon take off it started making weird noises. The planes are older, the seats are worn and the pilots seem to be a bit disheveled. But the prices are much lower than AA. Also they never leave on time. I've been on them a couple of times when AA has been completely full. On the other hand they have never crashed and AA has crashed many times.

Good points
Cheaper seats, very friendly crew, and you'll always get a seat.

Onions and Carrots thanks

Well don't think that I'll be taking to the skies
with them hopefully with there added competition
AA will continue to untighten its strangle hold
on Carribbean prices.

Terry, as for you, you are far to kind to pay me the compliment that you have.
