Give Me a Break!!!!

I thought I seen it all. No place is out of bounds in the D.R. One of the newspapers, I believe Ultima Hora, displayed a photo of a cemetary with a political poster of a candidate for office posted on the inside wall facing the burial vaults. The caption for the photo included the phrase loosely translated as: The Dead Return to Vote. How true!!! Where is Jimmy Carter when you need him? Regards, PJT
