I just booked a last minute trip to Punta Cana and am staying at the Catalonia Beach Resort. I am disappointed to hear there is a lot of seaweed in the water off the resort. Can anyone comment on their experience there??
I would not give it a thought. I can't even remember there being any seaweed, so if there was any, it wasn't anything that will bother your swim. Could have happened if there had been lots of rain, which is very rare. My sons (then ages 8 and 10) loved the place and still have it among their favorites. Come and down and enjoy.
