    Question real estate prices

I understand that Casa De Campo is supposed to be a very nice area where many North Americans live. Can anyone tell me if this is a very nice place? What would it cost to buy a villa there? Would $300k buy a nice place there?

Default Last ones I looked at.......

about 5 yrs ago were running $500K for a small villa.
Don't know about the condos tho'. Might be something in that price range.
You'd probably be better off looking at the villa's at Metro Golf and Country Club in Juan Dolio or at the new Guavaberry Golf and Country Club in the same area.
Lots of Americans at Metro.....even a few Canadians!

if you look at a map of North America, Canada is where it should be on top.
