competed in the NY State Championships in Albany as a 1st degree black belt this morning. She finished 3rd and qualified for the National Championships in Minneapolis this summer which we will attend.

- I wish you had told me about this prowess of hers BEFORE I shook her hand here - I would have been much more circumspect if I had known!!! Remind me next time you are down, to be very careful as to how I speak to her whilst she drives the buggy round the golf course!!!
