I dial 809.220.1111 and press * and get a busy signal. Don't speak Spanish so no idea what is being said. Seems they have not configured DNS properly and I can not get to some sites. American.com, southwest.com etc. The display says;
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.southwest.com/" on this server.

This has happened before but gets resolved after a week or so without me contacting them. thanks

Happens to me with SIRIUS , Pandora, and some US sites

They see where you are and block you....
The sites do - not CLARO

I hope that's the right answer....
just got it with CVS or Rite-Aid the other day -- drug stores !!!
Never had airline problems....
try plugging 'US' into the address... I have had that work too... BestBuy - to get out of Spanish/pesos

It is most probably you IP address. It shows you are outside of the US.

There are folks here who can show you how to hide your address or get a US IP address.

Both sites listed are perfectly accessible from the DR

Just program your DNS for Google, DNS1: 8.8.8.8, DNS2: 8.8.4.4

Much easier than trying to get something done at Claro.

The errors you are reporting are being generated by the sites you are trying to access, not by Claro. Most likely, those sites have intentionally blocked your IP address or blocked a segment of the IP addresses assigned to Claro or due to a misconfiguration on their end do not recognize your IP address as being valid and are refusing the connection.

I encounter this most often when using a VPN that assigned a clearly fake IP address usually starting with 192.

Southwest doesn't care, they fly into puj. Might just be a Claro issue.
