What will be the more practical and pleasant between sleeping in Boca chica or in St Domingue ? Do you have an adress to recommand ?

Because you are arriving late a night I would stay in Boca Chica you will be closer to La Romana. Santo Domingo is further west than Boca Chica, and La Romana is in the East. Check out this website for more information on Boca Chica.
