After become naturalized, spouse and dependents?

Excuse me if there is already a topic but can't seem to find it. All pertains to children born outside the DR to Dominican Parents, in which they automatically qualify for passport.

Once a foreigner permanent resident has naturalized, how to obtain citizenship/passport for spouse and children? (all are foreigners) Want to try to skip the residency steps if possible (which now requires more steps and costs, compared when I went thru it in 2012)
