I picked up on a story today the Central Election Board is prohibiting the use after 10 pm of potent sound equipment blasting the great and wonderful exploits of political candidates.
Do they have the same enforcement powers over the loud neighbors having a fiesta into the wee hours of the morning or the frutero barking his way up the street in a beat-up Toyota with speakers the size of Volkswagens on top of the cabin during siesta time?

Is this the same election board that prohibits political campaign posters in cemeteries and will enforce the cleanup and removal of all political signage after the election?
