starting from the 1st of august american airlines will no longer use cash for transactions at punta cana airport. all payments will be done using credit/debit card.

I didn’t know any airline still accepted cash....

Most gave it up years ago

We are more or less a cashless society now. I pay with my phone or watch. And as for my cards RFID chips I just tap and go.
