and so goes the hamster wheel. I want to register a business here. I do not want to deal with any more ladroneasshole lawyers and am endeavouring to try to do this myself.

1. Can someone tell me the name of the department/ministry where I would go to do the name search and register the business?
2. Does anyone have a link to the current fees. Lawyers have given me prices all over the place and I want to know the dispersement costs for myself.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I just wanted to post a follow-up that I was about to get fleeced being told by every single lawyer $1500USD (70,000RD) to register a corporation in a week. A single owner corporation with no employees and no capital :O

Anyways thanks to this thread I have started this process myself and the cost to the gov for expedited service less than 8,000.

Matilda - life saver as always.
