I hope me and the people I know are the only ones that are experiencing strange things with Ryanair. Our flights are always late, with 1-3 hours, the crew is on edge and this makes the trip mentally draining! I am wondering whether you have experienced that these past few months and is there another low fare company that I can switch to?

There have been strikes by Pilots and other problems with paying the help next to nothing.

I know that there have been strikes, the last time I was abroad was to Rome, Italy and there were no strikes there but the flight was late with 2 hours. Then a month after a friend of mine went to Milan and his flight was also late with a few hours which was crazy and no one told us why.
