you have to be more specific, i guess. there is a transit law, penalty law, civil law, environment law and so on. if you know the field you can look up a specific code that refers to it and then search the text for more particularities.

that's how i search for laws and regulations when i am in official capacity, so to speak. i do not think there is one website that collects all of them in one place.
