An interesting block in Santiago is Calle Benito Monción from Restauración to Máximo Gómez. Take Restauración to about 135 and you must not turn left because the road is closed to cars. There is an art museum with lots of paintings. I wandered in but did not find anybody.

Calle Benito Monción in Santiago.
I went there 7 Sep 2018 evening and again 8 Sep 2018 evening and yes it came alive. Alive and gentle, not wild.
